Digital business cards for the whole company
One branded card per employee, shared by link or QR, updated centrally and never reprinted. Free for up to 10 people, and no credit card required.
Printed cards are a recurring bill, and half of them are already wrong
Someone changes team, someone gets promoted, someone's number changes — and the box of cards in their drawer is now a box of corrections. You reprint, or you let people hand out details that are out of date.
Three steps, and none of them is a sales call
- 1
Brand it once
Logo, colours and type, then pick a design from the library. Everything after this inherits it.
- 2
Add your people
One at a time, or a spreadsheet for the whole roster. Each person gets a card and a link.
- 3
Share
A link and a QR code per person. Nobody you hand it to has to install anything.
There is a story here for whichever of the three you are
Admins
Own the brand, the roster and the change-request inbox. See usage per card and per team.
Employees
A card that is never out of date, four ways to share it, and analytics only you can see.
Recipients
Open a link, save the contact, done. No app, no login, no account.
Every card stays on brand, because only you can change it
Admins own the design and the content of every card in the workspace. Employees ask for a change rather than making it, so a roster of two hundred still reads as one company — and a rebrand is one edit, not two hundred conversations.
Real designs, not a form with your logo on it
Fifty professionally designed templates, each one adapting to your brand kit rather than ignoring it. Map your fields once and apply a design to the whole roster.
The other person needs nothing
Link and QR
Send the link or show the code. Both resolve to the same page, and the code works offline too.
vCard download
A one-tap contact download that lands correctly in iOS and Android address books.
Email signature
A signature block built from the same card, so the details match wherever they appear.
The company sees usage. The employee's visitors stay theirs.
Admins get views, taps and saves per card and per team — enough to tell whether the rollout worked. Who looked at a particular person's card, and when, is visible only to that person. That is enforced in the database, not by a setting someone can switch.
One spreadsheet, and the whole team has cards
Upload a CSV or an Excel file, check the preview, and import. Problems are reported row by row with the reason, so a single bad phone number does not fail the file.
Built to survive your security questionnaire
Tenant isolation in the database
Every company's data is separated by row-level security, not by a filter in application code that someone can forget.
GDPR and CCPA, actioned
Export everything you hold in one archive, and erase a record on request — removed or irreversibly anonymised, never merely hidden.
Auditable by default
Card edits, roster changes and request decisions are written by the database itself, so nothing is recorded only when the code remembers.
What is coming, and what is not here yet
Apple and Google Wallet passes are next, along with impersonation support for our team to help you from inside your own workspace. CRM and HR integrations, SSO and custom domains are on the roadmap and are not built — we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
$1.99 per employee, and free for up to 10 people
No setup fee, no minimum, and no call required. You add a payment method when you outgrow the free plan, not before.
We are early, and we would rather say so
Introly is new, so there is no wall of logos here and no review score — putting one up before it is earned is the fastest way to lose the trust it is meant to buy. If you are an early customer, we will work with you directly.
Questions people ask before signing up
Does each employee need to download an app?
No. A card is a web page. Employees sign in to manage theirs, and the person receiving a card installs nothing at all.
Can employees edit their own cards?
No, and that is deliberate. Admins own the design and the content so the whole roster stays consistent. An employee requests a change and an admin approves, edits, or declines it.
What happens to a card when someone leaves?
You deactivate it. The link stops resolving immediately, the seat is freed, and you stop being billed for it from that moment.
Can our admins see who viewed an employee's card?
No. Admins see totals per card and per team. The visitor detail on a card belongs to the person whose card it is, and is private from everyone else in the company.
Do we need to talk to sales?
Only if you want to. You can create a workspace and share real cards today without a credit card or a call.
