Best QR code business card apps in 2026
· 3 min read
We make one of the products on this list, so read it with that in mind. What follows is a comparison on the things that actually differ, and we have tried to be straight about where we are not the right answer.
What to compare on
Most of these apps do the same core thing: a page with your details and a QR code that opens it. The differences that matter to a company, rather than to an individual, are narrower than the feature lists suggest.
- Who controls the design. If each employee edits their own card, the roster drifts within a month.
- How you add fifty people. One at a time is a project; a spreadsheet is an afternoon.
- What happens on the last day. Revoking should be one action.
- Who can see the visitor data. This one is rarely asked and is the most consequential.

Strong on physical products — NFC cards, tags and bands — and well known for them. Worth looking at first if handing over a physical object is central to how your team meets people, which is a real requirement and not one we serve.
HiHello
Polished individual experience and a generous free tier for one person. If you are a sole trader or a small team who each want to own their own card, that individual focus is a genuine advantage rather than a gap.

Good breadth, and a mature admin surface for teams. If you need a wide integration catalogue today, that is where the comparison should start.
Introly
Built around one opinion: admins own the design and the content, and employees request changes rather than editing their own card. That is a restriction, and it is the point — it is what keeps two hundred cards looking like one company.
Alongside that: bulk import from a spreadsheet, deactivation that frees the seat and stops the charge the same day, and a QR that works offline by carrying the contact in the code itself.
The privacy position is the part we would most like you to check against the others. An employee's visitor detail — who opened their card and when — is private to that employee, including from their own admin. The company sees totals per card and per team. We enforce that in the database rather than as a setting, because a setting can be changed.
Where we are not the answer
- You need NFC hardware today. We do not make any.
- You need Salesforce or HubSpot sync today. It is on the roadmap and not built, and we would rather say so here than in a sales call.
- You want each person to design their own card. That is the opposite of what this product is for.
Where to look next
The features page covers what is built, and pricing is free below ten people with no credit card. If one of the gaps above is a blocker, one of the others on this list is probably a better fit.
