Onboarding is where printed cards fail twice: a new starter waits weeks for a box, and a leaver keeps handing out a card nobody can recall. Issuing and revoking a digital card is the same action as adding and removing a person.
What that looks like
Issue in bulk
Import the roster from a spreadsheet, check the preview, and publish. Errors are reported per row rather than failing the file.
Keep it current
A promotion is one edit. The card updates everywhere it has been shared, with no reprint and no reissue.
Revoke cleanly
Deactivating someone stops their link resolving immediately, frees the seat, and stops the charge from that moment.
